The pizza base injector allows us to created new filled products, add innovation and flavor for an increasingly demanding market.

The standard machine can dispense homogeneous sauces either water or oil-based. It is possible to partially fill the base, to inject it completely or only the crust and you can injects up to two different flavors.

Depending on the viscosity, consistency of the sauces, the unit can be built with the following criteria:

  • Standard volumetric dosing
  • Pressure – volumetric hybrid dosing

Optional:

  • Feeding pump.

  • Heating and/or cooling unit for the sauces and/or for the machine.
  • Needle-type, sealing or classic style terminal nozzles, which can even be interchangeable.
